"We had a blown fuse for the HWC, it was Saturday morning and there was no way we could wait until Monday to schedule an electrician to come out to look at the cause. Steve was clear in his communications and articulated his pricing clearly... no surprises. He even proactively had us provide some info before he came out to save a trip to the electrical parts store.
